The spin-off company Reloc AG with place of business in Wallisellen was founded in 2009 by Marco Früh, who represents the entrepreneurial family Früh in the 4th generation.

The company’s major concern is to implement its slogan “just like home” by offering their clients serviced apartments that will make them “feel just like home”.

Reloc AG currently offers 33 serviced apartments in the proximity of Zurich airport. The company’s focus are serviced apartments that offer optimal distance to Zurich City. They are, on one hand, absolutely unbeatable in matter of price-performance ratio on the other hand, only a few minutes away from the country side and recreational areas. Our serviced apartments are lucrative for long-time rentals, as well as for short time stays in one of our hotel studios.

Already under construction and soon ready to check-in our new and first hotel “My Way” in Wallisellen with 16 rooms. Another one in Oerlikon with 55 rooms is following in the near future. Moreover, we are planning 18 additional apartments to the ones already existing in Wallisellen.
