The real estate is located in a very central area around Zurich Oerlikon. It was only completely renovated in 2015 and therefore has received a fresh new look. The property is about 2 kilometres away from highway access and it only takes about 5 minutes by foot (300m) to reach the Oerlikon train station. By using the excellent Swiss public transport, the airport is reachable within 5 minutes and to get to Zurich City it only takes 10 minutes.
Good shopping facilities and a various range of international restaurants are in immediate proximity. Venues such as the Hallenstadion, which is a huge stadium where they play concerts, ice hockey matches etc., the Theater 11 with shows like musicals, theatres etc. and the indoor aquatic centre are in walking distance to the apartments.

After few month at hotel I switch to this beautiful fully furnished business apartment – much bigger than hotel room, with kitchen, big fridge to cold beers after work, private washing machine and dryer and so on. I recommend this place! much better than vision apartments.

Es ist wirklich “wohnen wie zu Hause”. Ich bin ca. alle 2 Monate für mindestens 1 Woche in einer der Wohnungen in Wallisellen untergebracht. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht in den Wohnungen – sogar ein bisschen mehr. Der Standort ist optimal – sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, ob für Gesundheit (Apotheke, Drogerien, Arzt, etc.) oder Einkaufen (Essen, Kleider, etc.). Auch hat es gute Verkehrsverbindungen ab Wallisellen, der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich fühle mich da sehr wohl und gut betreut bei Reloc Wallisellen.
