OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our aim is to provide a stylish but maximally comfortable Home for our guests, with all benefits and tools that make life a little easier and more enjoyable. Our fully furnished apartments are created with a passion for detail and a very high standard of good quality furniture. Our services do not only include a beautiful living situation, but also an effortless, worriless, facilitated way of living, as we want to make sure that our “just like home” feeling is provided.
Another matter of ours is it to offer our guests a complete “all-inclusive package” without any hidden costs. Besides rent and all additional costs, the TV programme, WI-FI and weekly cleaning incl. change of bed linen and towels are included in our prices. You may even use one bicycle per apartment free of charge (except Oerlikon). Just move in and enjoy. We’ll take care of the rest.
Our serviced apartments are highly appreciated by business people and expats. However, also locals do estimate the new way of living, which implicates a certain comfort. Our guests enjoy the luxury of not having to do unpleasant tasks such as domestic work. Just relax after work and enjoy your free time.

Everything was perfect. Close to Oerlikon train station, Gujarstrasse Tram and Bus. Very good eateries nearby.
Chikeria restaurant was one of the best place. It is at a walk-able distance from the property.

Es ist wirklich “wohnen wie zu Hause”. Ich bin ca. alle 2 Monate für mindestens 1 Woche in einer der Wohnungen in Wallisellen untergebracht. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht in den Wohnungen – sogar ein bisschen mehr. Der Standort ist optimal – sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, ob für Gesundheit (Apotheke, Drogerien, Arzt, etc.) oder Einkaufen (Essen, Kleider, etc.). Auch hat es gute Verkehrsverbindungen ab Wallisellen, der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich fühle mich da sehr wohl und gut betreut bei Reloc Wallisellen.
